James Peters, 2023-08-24I've had this app for several years worked fine no worries... So about a month ago it will no longer recognize my DVR, it no longer does anything. Nothing changed on the DVR it's the app that no longer works! Guess I'll be looking for a different security cam service provider since this app no longer works!

Nic L, 2023-08-11No longer working. It has worked for both live and playback for years. Now In the last month I can view live but never playback. Owning a business the playback feature is more important. Please let me know if there is a solution.
