    James Peters    		 Playback recently stopped working. 2 stars because it still functions for live viewing, but with no playback it's virtually useless. Shame, used to be a relatively good app.

    Nic L    		 I've had this app for several years worked fine no worries... So about a month ago it will no longer recognize my DVR, it no longer does anything. Nothing changed on the DVR it's the app that no longer works! Guess I'll be looking for a different security cam service provider since this app no longer works!

    Misty Maruska    		 No longer working. It has worked for both live and playback for years. Now In the last month I can view live but never playback. Owning a business the playback feature is more important. Please let me know if there is a solution.

I'm not sure if this is either because the app is 32-bit or that it hasn't been updated since 2016, but in either case it is not possible to view your Amcrest 960H DVR on the Pixel 7. This is especially true since the Amcrest View Pro app apparently cannot connect to 960H DVRs.

    Charlene Giles    		 DO NOT purchase any Amcrest security systems. I can not log into the Amcrest system at my location or reinstall the app on neith er of my phones. Can't get any help from the help desk. AMCREST is horrible. I've had this system a year. I use Night Owl security system in two other locations and has had them for three years with no problems. I guess I'll be purchasing a Night Owl for this location.

    Jason Wilson    		 Update. Company has zero clue why i cant access over cellular data. Just says login failed. Im totally done with this company. Ill buy elsewhere and get a brand that is reliable... Works only when i am at home on my wifi. When away from home using my cell service it will not log in. Keeps saying log in failed. If i keep trying then it may start working in the 50th attempt to log in. The cameras are great but this app is horrible. Took them down went with another company/brand.

Uninstalled the app and got the same stuff. Now I can't see anything at all or reset my information to look. Not a happy camper at all. Don't call the numbers you find either because they go no where

    Joel Holston    		 Good luck getting it to log in and actually view your HVR or captured video. Easily the least user friendly app I've used in a while. There is no real fast-forward option so you cannot scan through video from the day. The motion capture is not at all intuitive, you're better off leaving it recording. And if you actually want to log in and view your cameras, it really only works while your phone is on the same wifi as the camera system. The interface is clunky like a 90s movie. Total garbage.

    A Google user    		 Less than optimal. It's difficult to select playback times to the minute, the slide bar moves too much. Aside from the app, the customer service isn't great at all and the system I had lasted only 6 months before the cameras stopped working correctly. I wouldn't recommend this product or others if you may ever need service or support.
