After asking me to fund my wallet my before booking a ride which i did you end up telling me no drivers found. You guys are scammers you can't even withdraw the money no customer care. Your app is not even working well. Scammers

lagride isn't it anymore... imagine a driver picking me up and couldn't call to tell me he wanted an offline trip until we started moving and didn't still turn off waiting time or start the trip after I told him I don't want an offline trip and next thing he said was we should get off his car in the next bus stop ... all this happened around 9:30 pm on a Sunday night .... I think they need proper screening vefore allowing any how driver jump on the app

Very unreliable service altogether ! Only use if you want to waste 1 hour+ of your time. The app is more interested in collecting money to fund wallet in the app (with no ease of refund available), than providing service.
