| 2024-12-08 |  | | lagride isn't it anymore... imagine a driver picking me up and couldn't call to tell me he wanted an offline trip until we started moving and didn't still turn off waiting time or start the trip after I told him I don't want an offline trip and next thing he said was we should get off his car in the next bus stop ... all this happened around 9:30 pm on a Sunday night .... I think they need proper screening vefore allowing any how driver jump on the app |

| 2024-11-26 |  | | I had a really bad experience I was going to Victoria Island on a rainy morning, I really struggled to get that ride and when the woman arrived she didn't even know the way to my destination She couldn't use the map well, we had to reverse and ask people the way on many occasions, I even had to direct her At the end of the chaotic ride the nonsense app showed 9500 Like what?? I reached my destination very late cos we were confused all the way😠😠|

The remaining 1% of captains eats the future now and forgets about tomorrow. Lagride, keep it up. I recommend to do an appraisal quarterly on your captains so you that you will remove the bad eggs from the rest. Thank you |
