Terrible app. Just spent a fortune on paper for our holiday and now the app won't enable access to my photos so I can't use the printer. I've checked my phone and software compatibility, enabled permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned the phone off and on, cleared the files and cache and it just won't work. Total waste of money, would not recommend this printer at all. Still doesn't work only now I can't connect my printer to the app at all. An awful app, do not buy this printer!!!

Well I don't know what's going on this app used to work great but today I needed to print a couple of pic's and it just keeps crashing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. What am I supposed to do now got this nice little printer cost me over £100 and now no way to use it what a let down from Kodak. 👎 Well it's been a couple of months now since I left a review and still doesn't work nor have Kodak had the decency to get in touch with me to at least try to help but no . 👎

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. The developers should update the app software again. I literally just got this as a gift yesterday. Regardless of how many times I restart my phone, the printer, or uninstall and reinstall, my printer goes offline when I select a photo. This kit is not cheap. I looked the kit up that I got online and it is $150. It will cost $10 to send it back, which is ridiculous. Kodak has been around for a long time and I am sure they can hire good software engineers.
