When it works, it's great except there's a bug that gets the app stuck loading my pictures forever. It affects my entire phone, believe it or not. I hope HP fixes whatever this bug is. Edit: I've tried updating the firmware, uninstalling, checking all settings and nothing. I only found 1 possible fix. Instead of using the app from the get go, share a picture to the HP sprocket and then print. This will prevent it from getting that loading screen when viewing all your pictures.

J M, 2024-11-30Taking my review down from 4 stars to 2, because lately it randomly spits out an extra photo that I did not tell it to print. The other day I was printing out photos of an event, and it effectively wasted 7 extra sheets of the zink paper. That's almost a whole pack of 10. Please ask the developer to address this bug. It seems to be when it's done printing one batch of photos, and then when I start another batch it kicks out an extra of the last photo from the first batch.

Heather Bree Russell, 2024-10-25Pretty easy to start using and fun! Only problem is that my app has a hard time staying connected to my printer and keeps telling me there's a firmware update but it always disconnects before it can finish. It makes the app run a bit slow and crash sometimes but when I open it again, the first print is always easy and quick!
