| 2024-11-30 |  | | When it works, it's great except there's a bug that gets the app stuck loading my pictures forever. It affects my entire phone, believe it or not. I hope HP fixes whatever this bug is. Edit: I've tried updating the firmware, uninstalling, checking all settings and nothing. I only found 1 possible fix. Instead of using the app from the get go, share a picture to the HP sprocket and then print. This will prevent it from getting that loading screen when viewing all your pictures. |
| 2024-10-25 |  | | Taking my review down from 4 stars to 2, because lately it randomly spits out an extra photo that I did not tell it to print. The other day I was printing out photos of an event, and it effectively wasted 7 extra sheets of the zink paper. That's almost a whole pack of 10. Please ask the developer to address this bug. It seems to be when it's done printing one batch of photos, and then when I start another batch it kicks out an extra of the last photo from the first batch. |

Only problem is that my app has a hard time staying connected to my printer and keeps telling me there's a firmware update but it always disconnects before it can finish. It makes the app run a bit slow and crash sometimes but when I open it again, the first print is always easy and quick! |

There used to be options for every holiday plus alot of others...now there are only 3 :( sports which I never use, get well that while it can be good isn't good for fun photos and a handful of flowers, which again isn't always appropriate...please give us the stickers back! Update: Thank you for the quick response from the team...stickers still come and go but im thankful to know they are not gone completely :) updates rating from 3 to 5.. |

I take a lot of photographs, including a lot of doll photography, so these tiny prints are great, because they take up minimal space. I had to download the Sprocket app, connected the Sprocket printer to my phone via Bluetooth and then had to download a firmware update. This mini printer prints out 2x3 inch photos and the photos are clear, sharp with crisp colors. They look better than photos printed from my CANON wireless printer. |

Every picture I print is cropped more than what is displayed in the preview mode, and some of the pictures look crooked. I do not recommend this app or printer at all! |
| 2024-06-12 |  | | Update: 6/12/24 My Sprocket is printing collages again. Like I said before I love this little thing, I am glad we saw this situation fixed. Thank you for keeping an eye on the reviews Before the last update I loved my sprocket for bullet journalling. Now I can barely use it. It will not print collages anymore and merely tells me to "wait for the developer to fix the issue". I tried contacting about the issue and received nothing. |

I have reinstalled the software multiple times, restarted phone, etc. After choosing 4 images and collage setting, then print - the app brings me back to photo gallery and tells me the app has stopped. This only happens when trying to print collage mode. Cannot find a fix or any type of customer service. |
| 2024-05-03 |  | | I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this app. It claims it has a bug and shuts off unless you turn on all app permissions. Why do you need to know my precice location for printing? BECAUSE YOU DONT. It's janky at best when it comes to editing photos. I wanted to use the tile function, but only for two prints, not four. (The fact this isn't an option is ridiculous) Trying to position the photo on canvas is a NIGHTMARE. I spent over 30 min trying to jiggle a photo into the right spot. Horrible. |
