| 2024-05-15 |  | | Terrible app. Just spent a fortune on paper for our holiday and now the app won't enable access to my photos so I can't use the printer. I've checked my phone and software compatibility, enabled permissions, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned the phone off and on, cleared the files and cache and it just won't work. Total waste of money, would not recommend this printer at all. Still doesn't work only now I can't connect my printer to the app at all. An awful app, do not buy this printer!!! |

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. What am I supposed to do now got this nice little printer cost me over £100 and now no way to use it what a let down from Kodak. 👎 Well it's been a couple of months now since I left a review and still doesn't work nor have Kodak had the decency to get in touch with me to at least try to help but no . 👎 |
| 2022-09-14 |  | | If I could give a 0 rating, I would. The developers should update the app software again. I literally just got this as a gift yesterday. Regardless of how many times I restart my phone, the printer, or uninstall and reinstall, my printer goes offline when I select a photo. This kit is not cheap. I looked the kit up that I got online and it is $150. It will cost $10 to send it back, which is ridiculous. Kodak has been around for a long time and I am sure they can hire good software engineers. |

Now, anytime it attempts to access my photo gallery (i.e., upon opening the app) it closes out. In other words, the app has become unusable. Making the device unusable. Have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. What's going on? |

A MONTH later I followed up asking about the status of my ticket and I received and automated response and no resolution since then. My warranty has since expired so I doubt they'll try to resolve my issue even if I thought reaching out again would be worth it. Terrible experience. |

Just recently I tried to use it again and my printer started printing my pictures out with a yellow loading symbol right in the middle of all of my photos. I've literally tried everything to correct it. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Restarted my phone, reset the printer, put in new paper, etc. Can someone please tell me how to fix this!? |

Have tried all the suggestions; always have location on etc. Often it will just disconnect from the printer itself. Basically means the actual printer is a complete waste of money because you can't actually use the app to print anything. |

It doesn't relaibly connect to my phone, and when it does finally connect - it either doesn't load or takes upwards of 20 mins to load my gallery so I can start using it. I will say that the printer is more reliable than the sprocket (which i exchanged to get the smile) but there are lots of bugs in using this app and the printer. I also wish there were more personalisation features built into the app - the choice of stickers is minimal for example. |

The functionality of the app is ok it didn't really work as desired. The features are more focused on add-ons and didn't appear to be much on enhanced clarity which is necessary for mobile pics most of the time. |

Doesn't even seem like it's checking if there's anything. Printer light has no indication of lack of paper either, it's just plain white. |
