Not really Hybrid. A lot was done right with app but a few big misses too. For the most part they just seem to use the word "hybrid" In front of regular program types but there isn't anything really hybrid about them. Also when it asks to input ypur records that whole piece is poorly thought out. As an example all body weight exercises that would be a rep based record it still only asks for a weight. Its not worth it as a free training tracking app.

The programmes are great but the app is bad. Not user friendly, hard to navigate, not all exercises have substitutions, not all exercises have videos, incomplete sentences and editing, timers don't work, logging in sets sometimes causes the app to freeze. It's a shame because the programmes are fun and keep me interested Edit to add: I tried to sign up for Hybrid Body after a week trial it gave me the plan for Hybrid Powrrlifting and I can't switch between the programmes until the billing date

The programs are great, but the app needs some work. Lots of crashing, way too much loading, sometimes workouts don't even load, and a few improvements needed in terms of UI. Edit: Changing my rating to a 1. This app is just amateur and lacks all quality. Constant freezing makes it completely unusable. For a company that is raking in 7 figures a month, you'd expect a better quality app that wasn't built by self-taught developers that code part-time.
