I love this app and the simplicity takes all the thinking out of going to the gym for me. You can watch form videos without navigating away from your workout which I love! It's helped me stay consistent for once. For the devs: It would be awesome if there was a pregnancy lifting routine added as I just found out I'm pregnant and I'd like to continue lifting but safely. I bought the year just before finding out and now I feel like I wasted my money for the year.

This app has been great in exploring and building fitness routines. The ability for people to build and share programs is killer. A couple of small gripes that make it 4 star: - the line separating free and paid tiers seems pointlessly complex, and it's annoying to randomly crash into the paywall and the constant upsell. I get it, developers need to eat, but I think this is borderline counterproductive - the rest timer in the paid tier seems to lose its mind sometimes (but not all the time)

App was fine until UI change, makes it near impossible to see progression scheme of a program you've already started. Also no option to resume a workout if you accidentally click "finish", you can only go back and edit it. I'll be sticking to paper. Update: tried again, used for a few months, this app has less features than a Google spreadsheet and constantly begs you to buy Pro. 0/10 do not install
