Every one of my Hiton stays has been fine, but for the life of me the digital room key never works in practical use - it tells me to "get close" to my room door (when I am) & never does as intended every time, to the point of using the physical key instead. Oh and "contactless check-in" never works as well; always needing me to go to the front desk. Positive praises for the actual hotels itself, but for the app not so much.

Has nice features that show me easy access to my information. Early check in and choosing my room ahead of time are also best features. The digital key program is garbage. Seems to be site specific. At some listing's it works with no issues but at very many locations it doesn't work at all.

The app does what it is supposed to do. It is lacking when you want to research a change. For example, I was in process of booking and wanted to see what the rate options were and could not click on a button to compare. The other big beef I have is in the " room details". I am disabled and need a walk-in shower. MANY times there are no pictures of the room, bathroom, etc to see what we're looking at - AND - many times there is no description of the bathroom/shower. PICTURES, DESCRIPTIONS
