This app is horrible, it's inconsistent, doesn't always load and delivers your purchased points whenever it chooses. It freezes almost anytime I go to use it . Sometimes it just spins and does nothing at all when you need it the most. When you need to make a reservation it is time sensitive, so having these issues is completely unacceptable. I have complained repeatedly about these issues yet they remain. That shows me that customer service is not their game.

Can't finalize my reservation with the phone app. I've been trying to make several reservations over the last few weeks for different choice hotels, but the reservation just won't go through. It just says "rest easy". I travel every week and stay in a variety of Choice hotels and have used the app, but lately, it just doesn't work, so I ended up at a different brand hotel.

This app has really gone downhill. Trying to book a room, good luck with that; maybe it will process all the way through, but probably not. Trying to use reward points, "there was a problem processing your request." The app worked fine for years, and I'm a diamond member - I use it a lot. Now it's not just the hotels and service that are getting bad, but the app hardly works at all. It is very annoying. Maybe it's time for me start spending my 40+ nights a year with IHG.
