Won't connect to a server to update device firmware. Customer service hours suck. Can't send feedback from the app. All around awful. I can't even return the product.

You can't setup on your phone if you have 5g. It requires 2.4 gh. If u know how to change to 2.4gh if not you take back for refund like I did.

app v1.5.1 product TJ919T, v 1.0.2 and wifi v 3.1.17. historical graphing temp randomly showing high/low settings drop by 1 deg but I'm not changing them. running time graphs not showing up at all.
