| 2024-08-06 |  | | This app is broken now. If you use your username it gives an error "email address is in wrong format". If you use your email address it gives an error "incorrect username or password". There is NO way to even log in using the app. Have to use the website. |
| 2024-06-28 |  | | Ivbeen using this app with the Vine Thermostat for about a year now, and after some initial hiccups, it's now working pert near perfectly. They've been rolling out frequent updates and debugs and it's running very smooth now. |
| 2024-05-28 |  | | The app just flashes and doesn't open. It does this on all our phones. This defeats the purpose of having a smart device. We can't even run on our tablets because the text is so big I can't see everything, and it is the only app that way. It does not allow me to change that. So, the app is worthless as is. |
| 2024-05-19 |  | | Frustrating with no customer support I cant register on my phone. It wont complete my registration. I can on my laptop but those generated credentials wont work on phone for signing in. TJ-650 is the unit. Now I only have heat here in central Florida and its 90 degrees out. |
