App summary

With over 400,000 downloads, Grow Credit, featured on the 2022 Forbes Fintech 50 and recognized as one of America's most innovative companies, helps consumers build credit for free using their subscriptions, with no prior credit history required.

Your credit score is different on Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Having a strong score on all three matters as mortgage lenders, car dealers, and credit card companies often review more than one to determine a consumer's creditworthiness. Grow helps you boost your credit score quickly on all three.

Grow your credit with your subscriptions in three easy steps:

- Apply for your Grow MasterCard.
- Link your bank account.
- Add your subscriptions: Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, or over 100 others.

Your subscriptions will be billed to your Grow MasterCard, and we’ll automatically debit your bank account every month and report your progress to all three credit bureaus.

A better credit score means lower interest rates on future loans, which could save you tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Applying for Grow will not result in a hard credit pull and will not affect your credit score.

The press raves about Grow:

Techcrunch.com: Grow "is a pretty elegant way to solve a problem that’s a real barrier to entry for a large number of financial services. Credit scores can impact mortgages, the ability to receive small business loans, and a host of other services that are ways to boost economic opportunity."

Creditcards.com: Grow is "a very useful tool for climbing the ladder and eventually qualifying for a better card."

Nerdwallet.com: "The Grow Credit Mastercard is ideal for those with no credit or poor credit."

Horrible experience from this company. First thing is they didnt allow me to add advertised subscription to the account. The second issue is not being able to pay the account till the actual due date. Meaning if my bill is due on the 12, i cant pay it till the 12th. Never have I had a company stop me from paying a debt early. The third issue is with payment options, my debit card expired and they refused to allow me to change/update the payment method along with other problems with this company.

I've been actively using grow credit for about 6 months maybe more. (I think I've had it installed about 1.5 years though) and I have to say it seems pretty simple and straightforward. I copied down the card numbers for my grow credit account and I have went to the sites where I have a subscription and pay for it., And at the end of the cycle for grow credit, they tell me I owe them that amount of money and I pay it. It doesn't seem to be like there's much interest or anything like that involved

You're paying for a credit line utilization. It's not a line of credit. You make your deposit. You get the spending limit of what you deposit in. They forgot to tell you that you have to pay your deposit again to close the "balance" of spending limit. Most secured credit cards would automatically pay off the spending limit you use since its already deposited by you. Grow credit charges you a balance like they actually gave you money to spend 😂😂😂 but they double charging you 🤔
