We've had 7 of the full-color lights in our home for over 2 years now. App and bulbs are consistent enough and the colors/light shows are fun. Two gripes are having to wait for app to connect each time we want to simply turn a light on/off A widget for controlling lights would be super nice to have. Other is, while we bought all 7 bulbs from the same store with identical packaging, somehow one ended up a slightly different version. The colors it produces are not quite the same as the others

clunky app. requires work every time daylight savings changes. I made the call and got the same customer support person I had previously. He had no idea that you wanted me to call, had no means to escalate other than saying someone would call me in a few days. On the "how did we respond" issue, my answer is not particularly well. Friendly for sure! But ineffective.

I absolutely love these lights! I've been using them for a little over 3 months and have no issues whatsoever! I've moved them around to different rooms and they act as if they've never moved! Easy to set schedules and scenes! Couldn't ask for a better bulb. and they don't interfere with my color changing bulbs from another manufacturer! I will definitely be buying more soon!
