This app has been a life saver for me. We were having problems with our gateway and contacted customer service. Made an appointment for technician but was told there could be a charge depending on what they found. Not being comfortable with that, I reset my gateway every time it would freeze randomly. After downloading this app I was notified thru the app when it froze (lost internet) again. I went thru the app and it diagnosed the bad gateway and even placed the order for a new one free!

Love being able to manage who is connected and who has priority on the wifi. Let's you diagnose connectivity issues and troubleshoots as well. Always able to connect to help center for issues but I rarely have any. Also you can make profiles for the devices that are connected. Soo easy to change password and wifi name.

The application is poorly designed and does not function as expected. I attempted to change my Wi-Fi password, but clicking on the "My Wi-Fi" option only displays a blank blue screen with no further action possible. This is unacceptable for an app intended to simplify network management. It needs significant improvements to be reliable and functional.
