Like all the others, neither the Samsung or AT&T Visual Voicemail apps connect once they start working. My guess is if you ever have to reset your VoiceMail PIN, like in my case, after that no one at AT&T Tech Support or Level 2 Support can reconnect the app. It will most likely require a Phone Wipe to get rid of the locked file that can not be updated once it is created. Voicemail itself works fine, however this app will never worked on a S22 or similar since the defective default app is dead.

The app does not load my voice mails at all. I called att they did walk me through some troubleshooting. But only works after you clear your data and cache and reset the app. As soon as I receive another voice mail, it does not synch/load in the app. I have to use phone keypad or normal way to access my voicemail and listen to the message.

This app is horrible. It doesn't let me know I have messages. I'll get a missed phone call and the phone app will show me there is a message, but this voice-mail app won't have the message so i can retrieve it. I missed out on a job I really wanted, but didn't know the job had called me and left a message until 4 days later.
