Honest to God! What is right with this printer & App? It's the single annoyance in my life! When wanting to print the largest label possible, the printer feeds a length of blank paper, for no good reason. So, I need to stop, roll back the paper and then continue. Not yet the worst. I pre-type and save my labels, only to log on the next time to find all my labels gone. So, I spent the time to have everything go easy as a big joke. This printer & App is more frustrating then what it's worth.

Kaye Dizon, 2024-11-12The bluetooth disconnects too often, + the app camera is extremely limited, if you can, let the app have access to the phone camera for more features and maneuverability.. otherwise this app would not be useful to me
