Horrible watch and app. Cannot connect my phone or contacts, which is important for me see when a call is coming in and aho is calling, and is listed as a feature, which is one reason I bought it. The scanning app does not work. And the ads!!!! Geeze, enough!! I regret this purchase that does not live up to any of its hipe. Total lie and waste of my time and money.

The hardware is great, but completely hobbled by this garbage app. Full of grammatical errors, buggy, poorly translated, weird descriptions, inability to select between 24/12hr times, and the ads, SO MANY ADS! I'm bordering on getting rid of the watch purely because of this insufferable app. *Update: I could no longer live with this app and have stopped using the watch as a direct result. *Retried. Still a dumpster fire as of 4/30/24.

Totally understand ads but IMHO WearFit Pro takes it to another level. App works OK when not being inundated with ads but when it is, super annoying! And NO I will not pay a recurring fee as it would be far cheaper for me in the long run to purchase another watch that relies on an app with no ads or fees, seriously it would. Thankfully we have found an alternative app for our watch with WearFit Pro getting the boot! Thanks but no thanks!
