this app doesn't work at all, the home screen still on "plan your first visit" then I tried to activate the rewards and it won't let me, even the staff members at the location couldn't help me , this is annoying because I been there many times ,I also Uninstalled and installed again the app and nothing.

Very disappointed with the first time bonuses I was expecting to receive $700 in 30 days like they say but no they screwed me over only twice I received $100 and the 3rd donation $50 4th donation $50 and 5th $100 total $400 NOT $700 oh and yeah they say it varies from location and is subject to change. Fair enough but they should tell you before you donate what the total is going to be. Maybe cuz it's El Paso Texas and I think we don't deserve more Anyway I'm not going back

I enjoy helping SAVING LIVES!!! Also you get bonuses for points that you accumulate by continuing to be a LOYAL Donor, Plus the environment is clean, the staff are Professional just as long as you have patience & be respectful everything will be a Success!!! Don't go in there with no attitude because the lines are long. You knew what you signed up for before going into the establishment. Just saying. Thank you CSL for making my donor experience 😃👍 great!!!
