Horrible App with ABISMAL customer support. Been a paying member for almost a year and started not being able to use promo codes. Contacted support but gave me a run around and had me send screenshots to resolve the issue but never did. Having same issue today and have called in 3 times. First time I was transferred to a never ending loop, second time I was hung up on and third time call won't go through. Don't pay for membership and don't use this app.

Alright review #3. Still being charged and told that my payment couldn't be processed. I'm not able to use any of the promo codes on the only days they are active, I keep getting charged for a Gold Pass on a broken app. I won't spend another penny until there is some sort of compensation. If there was a way to give 0 Stars, I would. I used to recommend this app when working there, but as of now, delete it asap before it wastes more of your money. They obviously don't care if its broken.

Update 11/23 I have reported this time and again. It took me over an hour just to make a $20 order on this app! Horrendous! Consistently crashes and freezes. I've tried using this app to order for delivery twice now, and both times, the app crashed at least 5 to 7 times during my ordering process. I had to exit and clear the cache each time before going back into the app to continue my order. Many times, while changing screens, the app will just freeze and then close out on its own.
