This app is horrible. Remember me just quits sometimes. Biometrics go off by themselves. Trying to get rid of a security update notice and none is available. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still tells me I need to update. Horrible experirience with software errors since I started with Fifth Third. Get your act together. Getting annoying enough I am considering changing to a professional bank. Had other issues with your practices and silly policies that your staff acknowledges as dumb.

Other banks have the ability to lock and unlock your debit card to eliminate fraud. Even all my credit cards have this feature. I wish the bank would upgrade it features in the app. With the holiday season coming up and more purchase being made in store as well as online. I just would feel a since of security to know that my card wouldn't have a chance of being used without my knowledge.

There have been many upgrades made to this app in the last year or so. All of the functions in the app work well now. I can move money around in the app now, pay down the principle on my loans and use the cordless ATM (when the ATM itself is working, I don't think it's the app's fault when it doesn't work). Very happy with this app again!
