I couldn't figure out why the app was not recognizing the info I was using, we went to the branch closest to us as we had other things to do in the area. We basically got put in the corner and forgotten. I kept trying to figure it out myself. So, we went to the branch we usually deal with, in South Elgin/Elgin area. As usual, they were not only able to assist us, but also fixed our issues!! Thank you so much! This is why we deal with this branch 99.99% of the time.

While I feel like the inopportune times of the servers being down is getting better, now I'm faced with biometrics shutting itself off at random times for no reason. Really frustrating to deal with, considering this isn't an issue with any other app I use biometrics to log in with (i.e. Discover)

App is extremely buggy, barely functions, and it's not user friendly. The amount of time that the app is inaccessible due to Bank failures and not maintenance is insane. Also, the amount of problems with the app being unable to provide numbers for balances, only giving the dots for loading, but never actually loading. Have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling, signing out & back in, and checking for updates, but the app is just bad.
