User reviews
This is so useful when trying to navigate a new city. The UI could be better in some areas but it's no biggie. Ads are unintrusive. The plan when the leave and when to arrive feature is so underrated too. Will definately be using even when I get back to my home city.

Worked very well in Paris. The one thing I noticed was that the subway exit number wasn't always accurate and repeatedly landed me on the wrong side of the subway station when emerging. Apart from that very informative and helpful. Phone vibrates when you are close to your station about one to two stations ahead of time. Only used public transport and Uber and did not use the bikes etc. Next time...

I've been trying the different transit apps over the past few months, and CityMapper is among the best! The interface is beautiful and intuitive, and the real-time bus tracking helps ensure you never miss your ride. This would be my #1 favorite app if not for one thing: no integrated fare payment. I have to use a separate payment app from my local transit agency. This is a feature that the competing Transit app provides, and it makes a much better experience.
