I was on my laptop with the email to install this app. I selected my phone and pressed the install button. A message on my laptop says the app was installed. NOTHING WAS INSTALLED ON MY PHONE. So far, this has been a very poor experience.

It keeps telling me that there's an error loading the page due to connectivity issues. The apartment manager doesn't even know how to fix it.

No obvious way to bring up the video from the gate device. So if someone calls me from the gate, I have to tell them to hang up, look me up in the little directory, and place another call using that tiny screen? Seems poorly thought out. Since this is like half of the function of this device that's a big flaw.
