| 2024-12-19 |  | | I was on my laptop with the email to install this app. I selected my phone and pressed the install button. A message on my laptop says the app was installed. NOTHING WAS INSTALLED ON MY PHONE. So far, this has been a very poor experience. |

I can only assume "device control" feature was also removed as it's no longer available. Under "explore the app" it still references android widget. It's painful to scroll through all your apps just so you can open the gate for yourself or someone else. And why not have this app and the MyQ garage door app one and the same? If I could convince our HOA to move to another vendor I would. |

Reason for deducting two stars: the Bluetooth proximity sensor thing is unreliable to the point that I cannot stop carrying my physical fob. Our community garage doors are also connected and I really wish there was Android Auto (Carplay too) to be able to open the garage from my car - better yet make it work with Tesla as seamlessly as your "individual home" Myq features work. |
| 2024-09-26 |  | | It's been a good app for our community. Easy and intuitive. Things I'd like to see are android auto compatibility and voice activition ability for google assistant. I know that IOS/siri has had the capability for a while now so I'm hopeful that will be integrated soon. |

A few months ago, the Community app was "upgraded" and this functionality was removed. I called customer support and was told this was a mistake and the functionality would be restored. Several months later, it is still broken. Please fix this! |
| 2024-09-18 |  | | This app used to integrate with my Myq garage doors so I could control everything in one app. Somehow that feature has disappeared and I have tried several times to talk to someone as to how tonget it back. When I did finally reach someone they just said it works on their phone. They have an iPhone. It also does not work on my wife's phone. I have a note 20 ultra and she has a s20 ultra. I wish that feature could be restored somehow. |
| 2024-09-15 |  | | This app has a black background to enter the Invite code...... Then the letters are BLACK! Dumd and practically useless. It might not be just the app but the options avaliable for the control pad for our gate. Not many options, the video timing is off. |

This has happened a few times late at night when I can't just follow someone in and I have to wait until the app decides to work again to enter the apartment garage. Other than that, the app itself is serviceable. |
