Mostly decent app, but I can't check out with Google Pay if I don't select a predetermined tip amount. If I try to change it at all, the Google Pay button no longer works and it errors that I need to add a card. Considering I only pay with Google and I'm not always feeling a 20% tip on a drive thru order, this glitch is a pretty decent-sized issue.

I love Cafe Zupas (I used to work there!), so I was super excited when the loyalty app was launched. Unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have made it to the register and opened the app to scan for rewards, the app wants to require me to change my password. Every. Time. It's too much of a hassle to actually use. Super disappointed. My bank doesn't even require me to change my password as frequently as Zupas does.

The app doesn't allow me to change my email address. The address they have on file has been hacked and, subsequently, deleted. In the app, I have tried to change my email address to no avail. I then deleted and reinstalled the app... and the reinstall doesn't allow me to add my new address, but immediately defers to my old one. I'm really frustrated! But, I still love the restaurant.
