2024-12-22 | Sam Schlecht | Mostly decent app, but I can't check out with Google Pay if I don't select a predetermined tip amount. If I try to change it at all, the Google Pay button no longer works and it errors that I need to add a card. Considering I only pay with Google and I'm not always feeling a 20% tip on a drive thru order, this glitch is a pretty decent-sized issue. | |

Unfortunately, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have made it to the register and opened the app to scan for rewards, the app wants to require me to change my password. Every. Time. It's too much of a hassle to actually use. Super disappointed. My bank doesn't even require me to change my password as frequently as Zupas does. | |
2024-02-07 | Renee Marks | The app doesn't allow me to change my email address. The address they have on file has been hacked and, subsequently, deleted. In the app, I have tried to change my email address to no avail. I then deleted and reinstalled the app... and the reinstall doesn't allow me to add my new address, but immediately defers to my old one. I'm really frustrated! But, I still love the restaurant. | |

There have been multiple times I add items to my cart and as I'm completing the check out process, it crashes and I lose the whole order and have to start over. Also, there is a current promo going on for the new Power Bowl, but every time I try to add it to my cart, I receive the error, "This item does not exist." I made sure my app was up to date and cleared the cache. Can't redeem an offer if the item can't even be added to the cart! | |
2023-09-08 | Michelle Beuthling | Vastly prefer this to the previous app, the design and user interface is cleaner and ordering is easier, with the old app I had a few issues with orders not submitting and glitchung out. Only major complaint I have is less from the app and moreso for general customer experience - I had a poor experience at a location was given a credit in my account, but had no idea that the credit would expire as there was no expiration date that was listed. | |
2023-09-08 | Kristy Martinez | Finally, a rewards program! I'm so excited. It is great and is quick. I wish there was a way to make more (or better) customization to the food. For example, having the sauce on a sandwich on the side. With take out, the sandwiches get soggy with the sauce, and I don't like that. Thank you for the new program... it was long overdue. 2023-09-08 | Michael Rivera | There have been quite a few bugs, but it's a nice way to skip the line when it works. I've never actually gotten enough points to earn anything free yet. And when they did a free drink promo for a month, it never worked for me even once. Also, they discontinued an item but the app doesn't handle it correctly, so trying to re order a previous order that contains discontinued items completely broke the app. I had to go to the Web and remove items from my cart to even get my app to work at all. | |

Clunky back button and app menu, wish my phone back button would work on it to make it easier. It's so much faster to use the website, but then I can't get the rewards. I was so frustrated by the app that it makes me either not want to order or just go into the restaurant. I like the customization for each item. I wish it had descriptions for things like the cafe zupas sauce. | |

Finally did that, but the payment didn't go through. Finally realized that and tried again. I was already there waiting to pick it up before realizing it did not go thru. I was waiting for 15 minutes and when they didn't have it ready, I checked the app again and realized it still didn't get sent. Finally it worked, but would have been much faster to order in person. | |

My issue is when it comes time to checkout, I would get weird messages & could not order. Something is weird. I did send in a report on the app, I will update with any changes. UPDATE: They contacted me being very concerned. They asked for screenshots & the next time I ordered it worked with no issues! I appreciate a company who makes time to listen. |
