Tried it out for 2 weeks but App is pretty weak. The suggested workouts make no sense at all. Warmups are mostly worthless and cool down stretches don't really corelate with exercises performed. Also trying to Add an Exercise isn't user friendly at all and you have to input your sets and reps multiple times which is super annoying. Trying to skip a stretch or exercise also is a pain since I believe the App is glitching and doesn't show the options in the pop up box. Not worth $60 a year

My first impression so far is the app is great, the workouts are getting me motivated and the fact that it syncs with Google Fit is awesome. There is a screen format problem with my big screen Fold 6, it should be updated for the new tech. The other problem - no social media presence. Nowhere to go to for users or support. Facebook page hasn't had an update in almost 7 years. Those things are worrying concerning any future updates. Needs an ACTIVE Facebook or Reddit group, not just email.

Update. Don't waste you time, I tried this with the premium plan for 8 months and I'm at the point now where it's scheduled me to deadlift 3 times a week. I don't think I've had a scheduled backsquat in over 3 months. No updates to the app just "bug fixes" that are probably minor UI problems. Not worth the money and frustration. I emailed support, did their adjustments and it didn't do a thing.
