Great app for everything I want to do: know what to do when I get to a gym, achievable goals, workout progression, change out the equipment if that's not available when I'm at the gym, workout and rest timers built in, customizable times per week and time at the gym. I am new to this app, but by the end of the first workout, I was hooked. I am using the Pro version and love how each workout is carefully planned out for me, is consistent, encourages me to progressively overload, keeps track of what I'm doing, and even tells me when to rest, and when to move on to the next set. The app also includes excellent videos and descriptions of how to execute each set perfectly and how to properly use equipment. It's like having a personal trainer in my back pocket!

Been using Alpha Progression for a few years now and it's awesome! I've never had success sticking to a plan, but this app has helped me so much! It's one of the only apps I opt to pay for simply to support the developer. The free version did everything I needed and I used the free version for the first year but I am using the paid one now. Never had issues with any bugs, it's the most reliable app I've ever installed lol. Can't rate it high enough
