Not tracking all the trips. I work every day and it's saying that it hasn't seen anything from me. In 3 weeks, I've reinstalled the app 3 or 4 times it'll work 3 or 4 times and then it stops recording, or it stops tracking the trips says it's tracking the trips. But when you go into edit trips or look at your trips, there's nothing new there. This has been an ongoing problem since last year.Please fix

Getting better but often slow and buggy. Keeps telling me I haven't had any trips in a while but, shows trips 30 mins prior to the "you haven't been driving" alert. Drivewise still encourages everyone to run traffic lights, you are penalized for stopping quickly. If the light turns yellow Allstate CEO says "Hit the gas, hit the brakes and we will charge you more"

Drivewise is very inconsistent. Since the trip history display changed, trip recording has seemed to not work consistently. I carpool to work so some days I drive, other days another person drives. I always try to remember to go back through my week on the weekend and adjust trips to when I was driving and mark passenger when not driving. The app hasn't recorded a trip since last week and I have been driving/riding every day. Drivewise is on but nothing is being logged.
