| 2024-12-10 |  | | Not tracking all the trips. I work every day and it's saying that it hasn't seen anything from me. In 3 weeks, I've reinstalled the app 3 or 4 times it'll work 3 or 4 times and then it stops recording, or it stops tracking the trips says it's tracking the trips. But when you go into edit trips or look at your trips, there's nothing new there. This has been an ongoing problem since last year.Please fix |
| 2024-12-02 |  | | I really dislike how harsh Drivewise is on my phone's battery. It is also really lousy in terms of driving advice. I hate it! There are times where hitting the breaks quickly is the safest move. Drivers are very unpredictable where I live. The savings are pathetic too. Besides that, my husband had so much trouble setting it up that he gave up. I'm starting to consider shopping for a different company because the rates aren't a good deal. |

I understood it would be $33 a month ..maybe 1 extra payment here n there. Could never give me a breakdown on paper. I'm now receiving calls from collections. I feel they owe me some money back! | 2024-12-01 |  | | Worst designed app I've seen in the 27 years of my life. Trips don't show up, have to repeat procedures multiple times to keep changes I've made. Trips dissappear half the time, when being tracked I have to aggressively make sure that the app knows it's not me driving. Never hire the developer of this app again. |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | Getting better but often slow and buggy. Keeps telling me I haven't had any trips in a while but, shows trips 30 mins prior to the "you haven't been driving" alert. Drivewise still encourages everyone to run traffic lights, you are penalized for stopping quickly. If the light turns yellow Allstate CEO says "Hit the gas, hit the brakes and we will charge you more" |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | Drivewise is very inconsistent. Since the trip history display changed, trip recording has seemed to not work consistently. I carpool to work so some days I drive, other days another person drives. I always try to remember to go back through my week on the weekend and adjust trips to when I was driving and mark passenger when not driving. The app hasn't recorded a trip since last week and I have been driving/riding every day. Drivewise is on but nothing is being logged. |

I just had to dismiss a notification for drive wise checking for a trip over 20 times in 7 minutes. I'm sitting on my couch and haven't needed to drive anywhere today. Why does the app do this nearly every day? Always between 7 and 8 pm without fail. Please hire a better QA team. |

Also hard braking is dumb you want me to hit the semi that pulled off the offramp without looking right in front of me or just hit my brakes and avoid a accident. Also drains battery pretty bad. Getting 50 then disabling till next 6 months. |
| 2024-11-02 |  | | When I RIDE in a car, it takes SEVERAL MINUTES to log in, get a VERIFICATION code, enter the code, navigate to the DRIVING part of the app and CANCEL the Drivewise. A few "updates" ago, it had a WONDERFUL shortcut (where the Bluetooth and wifi on/off shortcuts are) and I could turn it off without having to log on, and it would STAY off for a couple of hours unless you turned it back on. "Support" does not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling is all they say. The APP is the problem! |
| 2024-10-31 |  | | This app is terrible and only continues to get worse. Here lately it has started to mess up, constantly, when trying to update trips for Drivewise. It kicks me out, doesn't keep the changes I've made, and I have to update the same trips repeatedly. If this isn't fixed soon I'll be switching to another insurance provider. |
