Such a pathetic app. I have been using this app for more than 3 years and with every update the app performance is getting worse. There is no dedicated customer care, no proper response to emails. I have paid for the 1 year membership and still getting promoted to take the subscription. Unable to accept any rides due to this. No customer care to address user issues promptly. Despite multiple complaints, sRide is not taking any action and taking users for granted.

Gangadharam S, 2024-12-04Tried 1000 times but did not get OTP. When tried with another number then giving error that your mail Id is registered with first number. Pathetic... Even connected with support on email, seems they did not understand problem at all.

Mahesh Rathod, 2024-12-02My subscription expired. Whenever I start a new request as a car owner it shows me fake riders with exact pick up and drop as my ride settings. Tried some random start and end point and still same. Such a practice to entice users to buy the subscriprion is unethical and I am dissapointed in otherwise a useful app.
