There is no dedicated customer care, no proper response to emails. I have paid for the 1 year membership and still getting promoted to take the subscription. Unable to accept any rides due to this. No customer care to address user issues promptly. Despite multiple complaints, sRide is not taking any action and taking users for granted. | |

You should give the option for 4 weeks, three months etc. If you app asks for 1 year sunscription, riders unbale to pay such amount at a time.
