2023-10-25 | Anna Lai | It was perfect at the beginning till after one week. The ads went insane. Every time I open the app the full screen ads show up. Even I waited 5 seconds for it to finish, the x doesn't close the ads. No matter where I click, the ads won't close. I close the app and reopen, the 5 seconds count down show up and the not funtiontional x appears. I repeat 3 more times I find no way to use the app but keep seeing the ads. I am finding alternative and am going to uninstall it. | |

It is pretty good, Only major Cons is that, in the middle of workout, if you leave the App to answer the phone or if the App accidently closed, the workout what I have done until before, disappears in vein without syncing my work. In other words, the App does not save my workout if it is interrupted in the middle of the session. How frustrating!!!! **Update: it's been 24 months since I wrote the above review, but the developer does not seem to care to improve at all. | |

You can choose which part of your body you want to focus on. You can stop an exercise part way through, then come back and finish it. It had drink water reminders and a step goal. I'd give it 10/10. Real easy to follow along during exercise, many program routines to choose from, perfect amount of exercises per routine. Lots of EXTRAS!! 2022-08-16 | Crystal Stephens | I've had this for about a week. I love that it's simple and it just tells me what to do each day, but i can choose to do more. I would gladly pay a one time $5-$10 fee to get rid of ads and get premium features, like instead of doing all of the ab exercises, i could choose a certain number that I want to do right now, or say i want to do 10 minutes of just abs, and have it put those together. I really like it so far, and I hope that it keeps growing. | |

Though I do wish there was a setting to slow the counting in the background,it's a little fast for my taste. This is why I have deducted one star. This app is very simple and efficient. I have back problems so I have to mod my routines. I can't do some moves at all. But you can switch them around whenever you want. 10 reps, ok. Next time 30 reps ok, it's your choice. No obtrusive ads!😃 which is a MUST for any app. Period. So that's great. All in all, I really appreciate this app. I looked at their other ones, too. No nonsense. Thanks!! | |

I don't need to struggle to find workouts from multiple sources so this is super convenient for someone super busy like myself. Definitely a plus that there is multiple languages, different difficulty levels for exercising, target areas, custom routines. The ads are not to annoying either!. | |
2021-06-24 | Sondra Holzmann | Simple, easy, fast. Worth trying! I only did 1 workout but enjoyed it, & that it tells you the general calories you'll burn. You can skip, pause, or add time when it's "resting" time between exercise.You can choose the level that you start at & target areas/goals. The app isn't overloaded with ads, & you can pair it with Google wearable items; I don't have any so I can't comment on that aspect. I wish they had you stretch or warmup/cool down before & after but users can do it on their own. 💪💪 |
