Nice and clear. Get down to a selection of yoga options. I do the daily ones every day midweek. I was a beginner so wanted something that wasn't over complicated (there are levels). Out of my many efforts to get into yoga, this app has been the most successful. I have done many weeks with it now (though not as one perfect streak:) ) Thanks for the app!

I had never completed a yoga session before, never knew quite what to do based on the instructions or because they were written instructions I'd read them and forget half way through the pose and then have to mess up the pose just to read the instructions again. This app is fantastic, it gives a written, verbal and visual instruction of each pose and even alerts you as to when the pose has ended so you can move onto the next without having to use your device at all unless you want to pause it.

Awesome app and feature set, very helpful for keeping up a regular practice. It's great that the devs from time to time (not annoyingly often) solicit user experience feedback through the app. It's even better to see some given feedback acted upon, thank you!

Great yoga app. Plenty of different choices. Users can select speed and break between poses. Users can reset a completed program to do it again.

I've been using this app for a few years now. I understand and appreciate the benefits of yoga. However, I keep busy and my my interests are constantly changing which makes it hard for me to stick to daily habits. That said, if it weren't for this 5-minute treasure, I wouldn't be doing yoga at all. Anything is better than nothing, and even though it's just a few minutes at a time I do think it has a positive impact on mywell-being and flexibility, with lots of variations to choose from.
