First online password, then transaction password, then MPIN, and finally OTP. Seriously? 08.2023: Login leads to an "Error" pop-up and no further details, nothing.. I wondrr whether high school kids with little experience developed this app, of this quality. |

MCB and even Mau Bank has a better app than the SBM app. So complicated and very difficult to even change a password.. |

Now I just received the OTP... 5-10 min after I click on "Resend OTP". The UI is still very undesirable and disgusting. The previous version was better to use. Atleast you could have left some options for those having old version. Sorry to say i will not change my phone just for 1 app.thx |

So, when you login, the app notifies you that there is an update, but it just happen that the loading animation is an overlay to it, preventing the user to choose the update link. It has always been like that and the only way around the issue is to uninstall and reinstall. That sometimes, doesn't work neither. |
