How to activate?
Prior to logging in SBM Mobile for the first time, you will be required to activate the application. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Activate button from the Login page.
2. Insert your SBM Internet Banking User ID and click on the Get OTP button.
3. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
4. Key in a valid 4 distinct-digits MPIN and you are now connected to your Bank.

App doesn't look like a polished Android app. It doesn't take a lot of effort to properly use Material design. Yes SBM failed. Also, so many hurdles to log in. First online password, then transaction password, then MPIN, and finally OTP. Seriously? 08.2023: Login leads to an "Error" pop-up and no further details, nothing.. I wondrr whether high school kids with little experience developed this app, of this quality.

Hii.. I don't know what you are trying to put up with your customers. Why need a password change everytime?? On top of that, i can not even change the password online due to whatever error is being displayed!!! MCB and even Mau Bank has a better app than the SBM app. So complicated and very difficult to even change a password..
