I had to send a package and reserved a small compartment. Turns out the package was too big. The app asked me if the package fit and I clicked no. Nothing happened and I'm now stuck with a package I cannot send, forcing me to go to a post office instead

App does not work. Can never talk to a human. Cant route pkg to box. Cant choose to leave at door. Got a human to respond to chat. In Finland. Not her dept. No one can pay tolds, becsuse the app skips the page

I've been receiving daily notifications to pick up my parcel at Nørremarken 4, Vejle, but the app fails to display the parcel when I arrive at the pickup point. Additionally, the app cannot connect to the Bluetooth signal to open the locker. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
