I deposited about 2000 rubles in qiwi wallet but I can't withdraw it back and I'm not a russian citizen, I don't understand russian and I can't change the language. It's a scam. There should be a warning that I'm supposed to be a russian citizen to deposit money in my qiwi wallet,plus what's the point when you can deposit money without a document but to withdraw it needs documents,it doesn't make sense

The account was immediately blocked after my first attempt to make a transfer. The support acted quickly and they were pretty polite. However I didn't expect this headache to happen. The app itself seems to be ok.
