Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. I have been enjoying the app for over a year. I love the workouts, and I am able to save some of my favorite workouts on the app. It's hard getting to a gym regularly due to juggling work and kids, and I live too far away to go to Effect in person. I am able to work out regularly with the app.

I started working out with Effect Fitness during covid and now love the app. Improvements should include: dates for each video and a way to see if you've watched a video previously. That would help tremendously.
