Lenny Skippen (LENNY GoodTimesLa), 2024-12-04After purchase & install set permissions to Precise Location While using app. Tested 1st story on map closest to me at Charlotte Motor Speedway. SAD. The story 0 to 100 in Less Than a Second is totally irrelevant, drags on about NHRA history OUT WEST. NO mention of NASCAR or Charlotte Speedway. Next story pinned on map was on-point for Concord NC; BUT Next-Up story was about a town in KANSAS! From NC to KS without leaving my house? For what I PAID for AUTIO Travel Companion: very disappointing.

Paul L. McClure, 2024-10-27Lots of potential. I want to be a superfan but cant for the following reasons: 1) No offline mode. You must have 5G data or WiFi for this app to work. When you're exploring a new place it's rare to have 5G cell service. 2) Even with good service, when you move around the map the audio tours won't update without taking drastic action to force an API call. If you don't have 5G, you're sunk. Autio will let you down 4 times out of 5. Worst part is, feedback isnt taken seriously by Autio
