There's no real-time teacking of the progress of the order. There's also no text, notification, or indication that your order is complete. I restarted the app and nothing. That is highly inconvenient.

I tried several times to order over this past year, in the app, to use coupons codes that I received in the mail. It has always said " coupon can not be applied". So I end up clipping the coupon and going to the restaurant to order in person. What the point of this app if I can't use my coupons in the app??? It's useless to me, but I still try every once in a while thinking, to no avail, that this time it will work.

My issue is the app is decent, easy to navigate, but when you open the cart to check out the cart won't go above half the phone screen so I have no way to pay and order. Kinda makes the app completely pointless.
