Paid for ticket, received confirmation email, the charge shows on balance, but the app won't open it. Can't access the ticket, waste of time and money. No one to contact about it. Avoid, so you won't need to pay multiple times for same ticket and waste time!!!!

It seems the developers of this app have a goal of deliberately worsening the user experience. The option for buying a ticket with discount is ridiculously hidden, most probably only for the customer to pay the full fee not to miss the train.
