Edit: I've had some problems with the app lately. I noticed that it doesn't always ring the bell every minute on the minute. It usually starts ringing at 00 seconds, but this morning, over 10 minutes, it rang at :37 seconds and :17 seconds before starting to work correctly again. This is with unrestricted battery access. Very distracting. ___ Simple interface; it does one thing only and does it well. Perfect for what I needed. When Calm limited me to 3 sessions and then wanted cash, I came here.

I love this app. It has an evening mode so it won't ring during certain hours and while you're asleep. I have found this extremely helpful and have it go off every 35 min during the day. I even had my boss walk in when it went off one time and still allowed myself a deep breath. It is a constant reminder that I am a human, when it's easy to lose sight of that when super busy at work.

The mindfulness bell has worked out pretty well for me so far! I work from home and find myself feeling tense and stressed without realizing it. This has helped me to establish regular check-ins with myself and take a moment to breathe and slow down. I take calls throughout the day, so having the option for a gentle vibration is nice versus a loud or continuous bell that will distract or interrupt calls. Thank you!
