As someone who is permanently disabled, I've been attempting to order liquor from one of several nearby Big Red Liquor stores on the western outskirts of Indianapolis. But your app and website are chronically off line, and NONE of the area stores offer delivery, even though they're supposed to! I'm never shopping again at a Big Red, and I'm going to start an effort to boycott all the area stores until you fix this problem.
