So far nothing behind a pay wall and ads play after a workout, premium is a lifetime purchase so I will probably be buying that after I spend enough time on this app and get more familiar with it! I use the free version and it's enough, the option to watch a short video to do some but that's so worth it. You can also make your own routine and that's great! Reminder for water intake and you can keep up with your progress 🙂 | |

This app helps track your progress with pictures and measurements which is golden. Sometimes I don't lose weight but reduce in size and this helps. I also like the exercises targeted for different body parts and sometimes I only have a few minutes before work, therefore the 7-10 minutes short workout options are great. | |

The only thing I would want or to do differently is to reverse the person saying inhale out through the nose exhale out through the mouth would be to place that up front and the music to the back. Can choose from either their custom built plans (love the weight loss one) or you can create your own based on the many options they have. The animated guide is super easy to follow and the app will tell you how to properly breathe through each exercise. I use this casually as it fits into my schedule but it could easily be used as an entire monthly program. Love it! | |

You can restore your purchase but not your progress, which does not make any sense. I have had to start over twice. 2021-01-09 | Linda | Prepare to get in shape as the exercises are efficient like no other I've seen in apps! However, I can't go with 5 stars because the no notification of transitioning from one exercise to another is a big disadvantage. You're busy trying to do the exercise AND on the lookout for the rest time otherwise you keep going and that's a pain (figuratively and literally). Add voiceover or a musical notification to take a rest would up this app to 5 star and beyond, because it would be phenomenal! |
