The problem is the optional sounds wont play so I left having to stare at my phone instead of listening and breathing with my eyes closed. Annoying at bedtime. Once you've put something in you can't change it. The design is bad, not much thought put into it. The timer itself is useful and I will use it but I see no reason to subscribe. | |

There's plenty of info within the app to get you familiar with the processes of meditation and better breathing. No bugs and surprisingly well polished UX as well. | |

I like you can focus on 3 programs and get reminders. I like the visuals for where I am in the breath. I just wish it offered some exercises I know - lions breath, alternate nostril breathing, breath of fire, etc. I could probably set a custom, but those would be a nice addition. | |

2022-07-22 | Asta | Use it every night before bed. It really helps me unwind and clear my head before going to sleep. It's also a really pretty app, and well organized. I truly love it. I haven't gotten a premium version yet, but I'm thinking about it since I use it so much. I also noticed my lung capacity increased, and I'm beyond happy about that. |
