2022-09-29 | Rachel (MaximumRide) | Did everything as instructed, went to transfer, sat for 20 minutes watching it "transfer" only to finish, it "confirms" the tracks are now on my phone except they're not. There's nothing in the folder it created or any other folder. I even tried setting my own folder, sat another 20 minutes, same result. Claims it's transferred, nothing there. What a joke. Website is useless too. Save yourself time & trouble and use a different app!!
2022-07-10 | Scott Diem | A little complicated but eventually got it to work with the app on my pc then downloading the music app because Google Play Music no longer exists. Biggest problem is unsubscribing. Nothing I can find leads me to unsubscribe. I sent multiple messages to unsubscribe but have heard nothing yet. I'm not interested in it for $34.95 a month or even 1 month. I uninstalled it. Finally got a reply that my subscription has been cancelled.
2021-04-27 | B | I think the new version is Synctunes Ultimate versus just Synctunes...both loaded on android and have worked well enough compared to no alternatives. Does take a bit long to sync 3000 titles, but has sped up on S20 using USB C versus 2. To turn off, make sure to select Exit in the menu. I've not had any problems with battery drain. Still amazed that crApple doesn't have iTunes across platforms.
2020-11-23 | Andrew Gardner | Unstable. Been using perfectly for ages Suddenly stopped working and crashes each time i open it (sometimes get a message 'permission denied')! Contacted support but no reply. However just tried a final attampt after selecting 'force quit'in App menu and it worked fine (as it always had). After a week it has AGAIN started crashing on opening and when reinstalled says' permission denied' Sort it out devs
2020-08-31 | Aiden Cortell | After three failed attempts, synctunes managed to move my music onto my sd card in an eight hour process - and it corrupted my sd card!! after all this work not only do i not have my music but I lost all other apps and data I had on there. I was hoping this was a solution after isynchr effectively removed the free option, but it turns out to be total trash. EDIT: With the self-destruction of Google Play Music I was forced once again to turn to synctunes again. I was hopeful since I have since gotten a new phone and synctunes has had plenty of time to fix their bugs. But once again after syncing less than half of my music synctunes messed up my SD card. The phone app started saying the location wasn't writable and when I restarted my phone android informed me that the card needed to be reformatted. I lost all my data from other apps once again. There is no support and no solutions to these issues apparently. I cannot stress strongly enough that you should not waste your time on this app. It does not work. At the very least, backup all your data before you try it.
2020-03-01 | A Google user | I love that I was able to easily transfer my music to my android phone. What I truly do NOT like is how the player will automatically start playing whichever song I last played as soon as I start playing anything else in any app. This will happen everytime for about a week and then just stop. It would get to the point of me nearly deleting the app before it stops. Then, I forget about it until a couple of months later when it does it again. Very annoying and frustrating!
2020-02-26 | A Google user | Easy to use, easy to install, and easy to sync iTunes to my Android. The only problem I keep having is that it doesn't sync all of my songs. I keep finding that a few songs from each playlist won't transfer over for whatever reason. It's frustrating. Other than that, it works fine.
2019-12-10 | A Google user | 04/2018 - I have tried many apps for Android to sync to iTunes but all have failed including doubleTwist Pro. This app and the accompanying player app work flawlessly with iTunes. My prayers have been answered and so have yours. Download now. 12/2019 and still my favorite music app to use with iTunes!!!
2019-09-18 | A Google user | FEATURE REQUEST - Great app! I've finally got my favorites on my phone, thanks!! Could you make the option to checkmark the songs that you don't want to delete on the verification pop-up when syncing a new playlist please? UPDATE - Updated both the desktop and phone apps and now it doesn't work any longer. It's become trash on my devices. Please fix!
2019-08-04 | A Google user | This is the app you've been looking for! I had been transferring my music directly from iTunes to my SD card for the longest time, but could never get the correct album art and artist names would show up with errors for whatever reason. I was considering paying for a different app until I stumbled across this. I was able to transfer almost 3000 songs in less than an hour and all the titles, artists, and art work came out perfectly! Super fast, convenient, and exactly what I needed. Thanks!! |
